Accessories for your rehabilitation measures
We supply a wide range of calibration hoses as well as pre-liner and PU outer hoses for installation.
The PU outer tube is a needle felt tube that acts – and can be installed – like a pre-liner. It forms a secure bond with the liner and has a DIBt-approved integrated outer coating.
RS Calibration Hose Lite
- PVC-coated fabric hose with overlapping welded seam
- Heatable up to a maximum of 40°C
- Bends up to 90°C
- Available from DN 80 to DN 200
RS Calibration Hose LiteTube
- PVC-coated fabric hose with sewn and welded seam
- Heatable up to a maximum of 80°C
- Bends up to 90°C
- Available from DN 100 to DN 300
RS Calibration Hose LitePlus
- PVC-coated fabric hose with welded seam
- Heatable up to a maximum of 80°C
- Bends up to 90°C
- Available from DN 100 to DN 300
RS Calibration Hose LiteBlue
- PVC-coated fabric hose with sewn and welded seam
- Heatable up to a maximum of 80°C
- Extremely flexible with lightweight fabric
- Available from DN 100 to DN 300
RS Calibration Hose HotPlus
- PVC-coated fabric hose with welded flat seam
- Heatable up to a maximum of 80°C
- Not bendable
- Available from DN 200 to DN 400, further DN on request
Preliner
- PE film hose with welded seam
- Serves as outer film to protect the liner from groundwater and leachate
PU Outer Hose
- Thin polyester felt layer with PU coating
- Serves as preliner and DIBt-approved integrated exterior coating
- Reduces excess resin in the inlets
By using the PU outer tube, the risk of excess resin in the feeds is extremely reduced. The outer hose is very flexible and can easily pass through dimensional variations in the service area. It does not have to be impregnated separately, but soaks in the surplus resin of the liner itself.
