Better safe than sorry: Proof of quality for our systems from recognized bodies are available, for example in the form of DIBt approvals. Consistent external control and self-monitoring of our products ensures that we can offer the highest possible quality.

Quality Monitoring
RS Technik AG sets standards in the development and delivery of high-performance, cost-efficient and environmentally friendly sanitation systems for sewers. High quality is very important to us: We commissioned IQS Engineering AG to support us in the area of ​​quality assurance.
Verification: Leakage-free house connection renovation with epoxy resins
The rehabilitation of house connection pipes presents a particular challenge for pipe lining technology due to complex pipe runs and often difficult accessibility. In an extensive test with different pipe materials, the system provider RS Technik AG verified this: With the largely shrink-free curing epoxy resin systems, house connection liners from RS Technik can be installed without an annular gap and with a bond to the old pipe.
The connection to various old pipe materials is possible without any leakage – assuming thorough cleaning of the old pipe – so that no additional connection technology is required for the connection to the main sewer, to the old pipe or for side inlets.
RS Technik AG has commissioned IQS Engineering AG to design a suitable test and to carry it out for the RS MaxLiner® method. IQS has developed a test concept in coordination with and accompanied by the accredited test laboratory Siebert + Knipschild GmbH and has drawn up a test plan which, among other things, takes into account a greasy old pipe surface and an external water pressure of up to 5 metres water column. This test was carried out for three different epoxy resin systems and two different carrier materials of the RS MaxLiner® process.
