New integrated outer coating for liner systems

RS Technik AG is launching a single-layer needle felt tube that acts – and can be installed – like a preliner. This outer tube forms a secure bond with the liner and a DIBt-approved integrated outer coating, which must not be cut in water-tightness tests. In addition, the use of the PU outer tube greatly reduces the risk of excess resin in the inlets. The outer tube is very flexible and can easily pass through dimensional variations in the service area. It does not have to be impregnated separately, but soaks in the surplus resin of the liner itself.
