RS Technik: Review of RO-KA-TECH

Great interest in yellow innovations

The sun rarely shone over the Kassel exhibition grounds during the RoKaTech- as a substitute, RS Technik in Hall 11 provided a spring atmosphere with fresh innovations. With a large stand in bright yellow, the Swiss company was an eye-catching meeting point for trade visitors. The system supplier for house connection, in-house and collector pipe renovations did not only set colour accents.

Among other things, the trade visitors were able to marvel at the innovations in the field of equipment. There was “hands-on technology” in a fully equipped refurbishment vehicle. Numerous trade visitors made use of the direct access to the specialist personnel on site to learn about the properties of epoxy systems. These are primarily used in systems from RS Technik, such as the top seller MaxLiner.

The question of liability…

“In the past, the question of how well such a system actually adheres to the old pipe very often came up in such discussions,” reports Germany Managing Director Jürgen Haug. “For this purpose, we set up a test construction site with a variety of pipes prior to the trade fair and had the absence of leakage tested and confirmed by a testing laboratory. The interest of customers – primarily companies from the fields of house connection and in-house renovation – is increasingly directed towards the question of quality and its proof. “Executing companies want security through approved products in order to win the trust of customers for the refurbishment technologies. We are very well positioned in this respect,” says Haug.

High demand for universal resin

A few days before the trade fair, RS Technik had received approval from the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt) for the new MaxPox® Fill resin, which is suitable for both knitted fabric and needle felt liners. “We have already received several inquiries for this in Kassel and are now looking forward to using yellow resin on more and more substrates in the future,” says Haug. The use on different materials is specifically stated in the DIBt approval.

Those who did not have the opportunity to inform themselves about RS Technik products at the trade fair will find contact details, information and quality certificates on the RS Technik website.
